Hi, I read in one of your post that you make kefir smoothies which are excellent!!
Im starting to get into kefir and I saw that you mention coconut oil (Good Choice) and raw eggs. now correct me if Im wrong but isnt raw eggs bad for you or does the raw eggs must be WHOLE BIOTIN and ORGANIC?
In addition, is organic ALMOND OIL 2x a day excellent to take for high mag. and calcium instead of the pills?
Please re-list the kefir smoothie ingredient. i cant seem to find your post.
