Re: Are some cases of acne incurable???

Hi there,

Acne is an indication that something is wrong internally - yes stress can aggravate it but I do not believe that is the sole cause. When you have done your cleanses did you do them in the right order? See Dr Hulda Clark 's website for the correct order to cleanse the body. If your colon is backed up and you cleanse for example your liver/gallbladder your body may dump toxins and not be able to eliminate them in a timely fashion and then they will be redistributed into your blood stream. Also acidophilus is important and you should try digestive enzymes as well. First thing in the morning drink warm water(filtered) with the juice of 1/2 an organic lemon - can add a dash of cayenne pepper. wait 20 mins and then drink another glass of water with a tbsp of Bentonite clay (liquid form), 2 tbsp of organic olive oil and 2 tbsp or organic apple cider and 1 tbsp ground organic flax. Eat clean foods. Exercise. Drink 1.5 - 2L of filtered water daily - more if exercising intensely. Wash face with a gentle cleanser - try Jamieson Foaming Cleanser. At night before bed and in the morning if you like mix up 1 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp Bentonite clay (liquid) and use a cotton pad and apply to your face - avoid the eyes. Let it dry. This may sting or cause your skin to turn red. At first my skin was red for an hour, so allow this time to normalize before you go on to work etc. If it is uncomfortable for you rinse it off with tepid water. Otherwise let it dry and rinse it off. You will need to exfoliate probably occasionally throughout the week as this mixture will make the face peel a little. Find a gentle exfoliant. Can use quick oats mixed with warm water and scrub and rinse off. You may require a moisturizer - I use the breathable moisturizer from Dermacia - it has not caused any breakouts yet and have been using it for 6 months. The apple cider has a decongesting effect on the skin as well as internally. These are only recommendations however and they have worked for me. All products are very affordable and a large amount of literature is available on the benefits of the consumption of these products and as for the product recommendations they have worked for me. And last but not least, you have to learn to love yourself and not care what you think other think - be kind to yourself. In regards to Acne scarring I have had a laser peel which was okay but now I am dealing with brown spots. Next week I will be applying a "Culture skin peel 4000" to attempt to remove those. I will let you know how it goes. Good luck. I think the food allergy test is also a good idea.

Take care
