I would recommend trying a dermatologist. Try Retin-A and cutting back to nearly zero fats in your diet. Retin-A, although not considered "natural", often helps acne. How much fat do you have in your diet? Even oils can be problematic. Take out all free fats of your diet. Olive oil, etc. Clearly your approach using natural remedies has not worked. Try what dermatologists get paid for. Also give benzoil peroxide a whirl.....it's a natural type of topical antibiotic without antibiotic resistance. No need for ProActive. Walmart has a 10 percent cream that is much more concentrated than ProActive. And, finally, have you had a MD check your blood? You may have high androgens, triglycerides, or be insulin resistant.
I do appreciate your attempts at treating your condition with natural remedies, but acne is tough thing to beat. You need strong medicine. If your acne is scaring your face and becoming uncontrollable, get thee to a dermatologist. Don't take a chance with your face. Large acne scars look terrible.
