Pending 1st Cleanse to help Trigylcerides

I plan on doing my first Liver Flush tomorrow and have a couple of question. First, a little primer; Male, Age 35, Ht. 5' 9", Wt. 175 lbs. I appear fit/slim and am in generally good health, although I should exercise more, but I eat fairly healthy and try to keep carbs low and veggie and fruit intake high. I also drink lots of water. I smoke about a pack a week, and drink anywhere from 6-20 beers per week; mostly light beer. I know that alchohol consumption certainly isn't good healthwise, and I'm trying to cutback - but don't wish to cut out drinking on the weekends.

I have had a mild cramping sensation (on and off, anyway) on my right side below the rib cage for about four weeks. I have elevated triglyceride levels, which bounce all over the place. However, my last profile had my Triglycerides at 1385 (you read it right) and my total cholestorol at 257. I'm fairly certain that alcohol consumption is the primary culprit. I had an abdominal ultrasound and my liver, spleen, kidneys and gall bladder all appeared to be fine; no gall stones were seen.

My questions are 1) does alcohol consumption precipitate gall stone development? 2) are there any precautions I need to be aware of in doing the flush?

Thanks!
