It's the residual amine catalysts in the polyurethane components, outgassing. Two types of catalysts, blowing catalysts and gelling catalysts. There's quite a few out ther, with bis-DMAPA being one, DGA another. Mostly blocked secondary and tertiary amines.

ionizers won't work, need to adsorb it onto activated carbon or else neutralize the amine. I'd just drive with the windows open, and my shirt off.
