No, I end up with 1 to 1 1/2 cups total, for each time. It's like doing two flushes back to back I guess you could say, a few hours apart. Or doing a large dose, divided in two... take your pick. So for the two times, it's 2 to 3 cups total. :)

The one time shot doses have just not been doing much, no matter what quantity I take, and I have noticed some methods recommend taking the OO (Olive-Oil) slowly, like taking a drink every 15 minutes or half hour till it's gone. That's what gave me the idea... but standing by a timer trying to remember every fifteen minutes was too much trouble... the phone always rings or something comes along to mess it up! Tweet
