Well I did flush number nine over the weekend... I'm finally getting into some larger stones. Two were about 7/8
inch by 1 inch, my biggest so far. A dozen were 1/2 by 3/4 inch, about two dozen in the 1/2 by 1/2 range, and over 150 smaller stones of all sizes. I cut some of the larger ones in half, and cannot discern any real "center" to them, but who knows. They are all a nice jade green or emerald color on the inside. One had a barely brown area in it, kinda mushy, and one looked like maybe a whitish patch in it, who knows what it is. It's hard to work with, as soon as you cut it, it starts falling apart and losing it's shape, it's sorta like working with automotive grease or something... it just "does its own thing" and starts sticking to the knife, the paper and everything else!
I started friday night, by drinking one Tbsp.
Epsom Salt in about 12
ounces of water. Unfortunately I fell asleep and next thing I knew it was Saturday morning lol! So I just picked it up from there, did more epsom salt, waited two hours and did the OO/lemon juice, wait two hours and did more epsom salt, then two hours and a secong batch of OO/lemon juice, then finally two hours later more
Epsom Salt to flush things out. This "staggered approach" with the doses of olive oil seems to be working better for me.
This is by far my best flush yet, the most stones I have ever produced in one flush, total is easily 200 or more.
I am going to continue with a staggered approach, it seems to work better for me now. The first couple flushes were really good, and that was with just one dose of OO, taken really fast... trying to get it all down within 5 or 10 minutes.
Then from about #3 to #7, it was kinda discouraging. A few little "BB's" and pebbles. No matter how much
OO (Olive-Oil) I took, it didn't seem to improve the results any, I would even get
OO (Olive-Oil) coming out still intact, floating on the water, so it wasn't even getting emulsified or doing any good.
On #8, it looked like the "same old story" again, so I decided to follow-up the OO/lemon juice from the night before with more the next morning. Suddenly the results were better. This time I did something similar again, and it seems to be working good again.
So it would seem that there must be a limit to how much the organs can handle, in a given amount of time. Staggering it out into smaller "pulses" that are spaced apart seems to work better than just one single dose.
