I suggest calcium with magnesium. I personally like Natures Sunshine's "skeletal support". It has a high cal/mag ratio. I like more mag and this is the only one I have found with a higher magnesium. I get it from betterherbs.com. If you want just magnesium, I like Country Life's magnesium with silica.
