No, I'm not. :-) I am starting my first orange juice fast tomorrow and asked (see "Wanna fast together?" below) if any one wanted to do it with me as a support team. Four people responded. You replied, saying "fasting any time is great," but you said you wouldn't do your fast until 1/08. :-D A few posts later you said fasting right now was a great time because of the abundance of fruit.

I am a positive person who tries to find the joy and fun in everything I do, so I created a colorful poster to remind the people who committed that our start date is tomorrow. I also want to invite anyone else who might need a little nudge to do it with us.

Yes, I did write it as a spoof on Fall Festivals churches do in lieu of Halloween.

I am 4 Digestive Flush A's into my Barefoot liver flush, will finish that up tomorrow morning, and I've got lots of juice waiting for me in the fridge. Knowing there are other friends out there doing it too, will help me stay the course.
