You might be a perfect candidate for Iodine! Have you been over to either of the Iodine forums? I have also experienced that "lump" that you spoke about - in the esophogas. I always thought it was from acid reflux (and it may be) but after doing Iodine for a few days I noticed the lump was gone! So now I'm not sure if it was the acid reflux, or my thyroid, or what. But it went away. When I stopped the iodine, the lump came back. Something to ponder :)
