It takes re-reading to get your mind around it all, I think.
I feel all the points made are worth study. I'm re-reading it for the fourth time...and I'm putting it into a document, so I can separate and remember all my questions.
I can't believe how timely is this information, for me. Near the end of my second Humaworm cleanse, I see where toxins are backing up in my system. I HAVEN'T had the 'evidence' in the bowl others report...and I feel it.
The single point about detoxing with lymph drainage, massage, and exercise, is so very important, I believe.
Last night my ankles and the tops of my feet were swollen with edema, again. I have thought that it was from sitting, at the computer, for one reason.
Having read the above post, I realized it was 'detox', and I whipped out the footbath tub; added warm water (not hot) and a couple or three tablespoons of Himalayan crystal salts; and soaked for about 45 minutes...each foot massaging the other, a little.
This morning the edema is somewhat reduced, and I feel less toxic, but I know I must a) stop all milk products, and b) quit smoking...c) of course, I must do the lymph drainage, massage, and exercise needed. But where to find out how?
Right this minute I feel the stabs in my wrists, arms, sides of my abdomen, and legs, that have been signs of some kind of 'change' I have been feeling for the past few weeks. The stabs come and go.
I have even thought the cigs were a passifier for detox feelings. I don't know...just guessing.
I wonder if 'Dr. K' has published. I must research. This is very important for me.
