That's butter and cheese, too?

Bytheway and GiGi,

Everything in your post is important to consider. Thank you for telling us.

The one thing that bowls me over is the idea that parasites love milk.

(I shoulda known it. I SHOULDA KNOWN!)

As an infant I was allergic to cow's milk, so my folks bought a goat. (Eventually Nanny got into a crock of blackberry wine on the back porch, and couldn't uncross her front legs.)

As a child I never did drink cow's milk, except for some on my porridge, and some buttermilk once in a while.

In my early teens I discovered white sauce, and I've been a goner ever since.

I am a cream sauce person...where others are bread people, or sugar people, I go weak in the knees at creamed anything. And cheese, and butter.

A number of years ago I had my food sensitivities checked, on a bioresonance machine. Among all the surprising stuff listed, there it was, M.I.L.K.

The naturopath said, "Anything squeezed out of a cow." But, I was still astonished at the white potatoes, plants of the Nightshade family, broccoli, and bananas, etc.

...Some fungi and moulds, too.

(Cheese is solid mould, I have recently learned...a double whammy.)

It turns out that the back-of-the-skull neck/headache I suffered, off and on, for 20 years, came from the cup of coffee I held in my hand, on occasion. There was milk in it, too.

I didn't get it from tea, although that was listed...but I didn't put milk in tea.

Groan!

Luckily I have limited my intake of these foods in recent years...still I have something milk most every day.

Oh, I do hope it will be as easy to drop it as it was to go off cheese for a few months. The ease in letting go of cheese for a while blew my mind, as well.

I needed to hear this.

Thank you so much.
