These are the other conditions which may be making a difference...
I am on a Humaworm
parasite cleanse.
I have been taking a few drops of Castor Oil daily, and slowly upping the dose.
I am NOT taking a couple of drops of oregano oil daily, and 2000mg of vitamin C, as I was for a while.
I have cut back on salt, even my 'good' salts.
I am avoiding certain foods...
...Commercially prepared foods, including restaurant foods.
...Lemons, and so far, citrus.
...Tomatoes.
...Potatoes.
...Sweet pepper, and eggplant...as the third and fourth plants in the nightshade family, which I am sensitive to.
Next to go will be tobacco, because it is also in the nightshade family. (I'm not certain how I will do this, but I will try, I promise. I have a good man helping me.)
I have tried a nice big bowl of steel-cut oats...but I had Chinese smorg, and it didn't seem to work. I will try again, without the smorg.
No doubt this list will change over the next months, but I certainly don't mind experimenting.
Perhaps soon I can get a full night's sleep.
