soon after i wrote that,,i expelled some parasite stuff ,,stringy mucous stuff,,maybe candida? who knows.
ill keep flushing. i have already done a one month humworm cleanse..and will do the barefoot dewormer in time.
im also gonna juice fast...whatever is wrong with me should work itself out with that right?
