Cleanse the Liver

My mouth is unbelievably dry. Is it normal? My throat gets so parched my tounge is sticking to the roof of my mouth. Is there anything I can do about this? Should I take less than the 3 drops of Lugols a day? I actually went to 4 drops last week but had a headache and backed down to 3 drops.
