Hi Barefoot: Welcome back, Some were betting on if you'd take one or two weeks off.

Nutrition is difficult at best. What works? I'm not as well read on it as you are and I've never read what the medics say about it. I just go by my own experience and what I see works for others.

I'll never understand how I got in the best shape of my life on Army Chow but it did indeed happen. Probably has something to do with necessity levels.

Just read an interesting article about the Eskimos. High protein, high fat diet and no heart disease or arthritis and longevity to boot until introduced to the "western" diet.

I'm just trying to be practical that's all. Most folks can't sell out and move to the farm so I attempt to make them see the volume of poisons in their diet and add a few basic nutritional "must do's". Water, the right fats, sprouted grains, etc.

I put that "basics" program together because I get a lot of requests by regular people that want to know the basics of staying clean inside.

But I think necessity levels and availability have more to do with it than anything else. Which, when you think about it, turns it into a spiritual thing.

Even so, stay at peace and be of good cheer while eating - it helps.

Anyway, good to have you back.
