Hey doc, I seen this post with three RRR and had to slow down long enough to take a look.
Your very correct, don't argue about foods and never tell another what to do if they don't want to do it, etc.
Vegetables? What people eat today as vegetables for the most part can't be found in the wild, they are manipulated plants and medically known to supply to large of minerals all of which lead to clogged arteries over a long period of time, but not near as fast as consuming any vitamin product sold today.
Meat? Sure, much of the info says man eats meat, some of the best books ever printed were backed by the beef industry 100 years ago. People in the USA that lived past 150 years were known to live on milk and bread. The Bible says milk and honey and I would presume milk and honey diet would be one of the best non-fruit diets on the planet.
The B-12 info? Most if not all of it is most likely faked by scientist that don't have a clue. A healthy person makes thei own, while NO ONE can buy the real deal, the shots/pills sold are nothing more than toxic substances out to fleece the unknowing.
Medical books dating back 150 years have proven over and over again and even the Smithsonian Institute proved it as well, we humans were/are designed to consume FRUITS and all the grass family/tree herbs as medicines.
Those that don't like fruits have to take it up with their creator. There is no argument that can stand up stating man can eat anything other than raw fruits and not expect to pay the price for doing so.
Naturally people don't want to hear whats good for them, they want to hear what makes them feel good. The books that show how man can eat meat/guts/brains and live to be 100 years old makes 95% of the population very happy. Those that have done so have left today's children with a legacy of disease and stired Nature to remove those that disobey.
Dr. John R. Christopher never was a popular guy, he was personaly thrown out of seminars selling vitamins and commercial products, etc. Sadly he trusted herbs too much and didn't understand his diet as well as he thought he did and lived his life with way too many vegetables/grains and by age 70, his body was well aged/diseased as he lost his circulation to too large of minerals that stuck to his veins. He also liked fruits, but he lived in a land that couldn't grow many fruits and he chose to live on grains. As you stated, the sprouted grain is best and even better yet, eat the sprout and pitch the grain; we humans can live on all grasses that grow wild all over the earth. I was glad to hear this even from who I call the Amish healer, he stated that his burn method can use any grass found on earth. Sadly his family has so called ORGANIC BEEF FARMS and eat mostly meat and vegetables and YES, he is aged and looks the way he should based on his diet. Now that he lives in the mountains of PA, he really can't grow fruits and relys more on grains and meat.
Human teeth/stomach/intestines prove medically 100% that humans eat fruits...period end of arguments about humans...........but man has never accepted this, to make $$$$ from not fruit sells thousands of books/studies have been done to promote milk/beef/pig/vegetables/chicken/fish, etc., etc., etc.....and few to no commercial interest proclaims FRUITS ONLY. One manufacturer that does is the people in Florida that grows organic fruits and have done so for 60 years and bottled it in glass and sip it around the country, on their lable they say for human health, we need 10 servings of fruit every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Naturaly 10 servings is enough food to live on well.
WHO is going to promote fruits that live North of Florida? To do so puts you out of business because real fruits grow best where it is warm. The exception being the wild raspberries/black berries. Sure, apples and peaches grow further north, but they are so manipulated by man and bugs love to eat them as fast as they grow, unless the orchads cover them with toxic sprays. The wild straw berries and little berries here and there are GREAT, but too hard to market unless manipulated by man to be larger, etc..
Fruits are mans food and are mans best medicines. It is this simple:
1. eat meat and poop it out 3-7 days later
2. eat fruits only and they are out in 4-8 hours max.
The above fits Nature, in nature you can find animals to kill and eat, you can find wild growing fruits.................who can find wild growing vegetables large enough to eat? Example, try eating a wild carrot! You won't like it! Try finding a wild tomato or wild potato, you can't.
The grains? They are food for mice/rats. Birds eat the natural seeds.
What is the universal food? GRASS Most any animal on earth can eat grass.
For todays people the golden rule is as you stated, DON'T ARGUE about your foods, eat what doesn't make you sick the next day. The one rule that will never change is that we humans are fruitairians, all 100% of us. I personally know of no human that lives on fruits alone, especially wild fruits ONLY and thus the mds wrote many years ago that there is no healthy speciman on this planet fo them to study. All health studies use ill humans as the example.
People don't like this kind of info, they love products that tell them to take this and you will be OK with what your current habits are. I suggest they get dental metal free, see their Chiropractor at least 3x yearly and eat the least amount of foods possible and make sure they chew what ever they eat to a liquid first, because their stomach is not a grinding machine. The larger the food, the more acid will be produced and stomach acid is the death of us all. RAW FRUITS chewed well needs no stomach acids and thus provides the longest possible lifespan, while eating meat creats the MOST ACID possible and our own acids eat our bones right out of our body.
For every sin we do, we pay! Sin is nothing more than living against God's rules of creation. We are judged for our sins the second we do them. All sins create ACIDS in the stomach...you name any sin possible and our nerves, etc. will make our body create acids and these acids will age us. ONLY HAPPINESS/JOY is anti-acid.
Thus laughing/joy and fruits fit the catogory of longevity. In todays acid society you find little joy. People live behind closed doors and curtin drawn windows.
Out of all the forums on the curezone yours is the only one I check out once in a while, seeing a RRR made me take a look, hope you don't mind, few like what I write, but they seem to tolerate it.
