Since we don't have access to that book- is there anything of paricular significance that you would want to tell us?I am a vegetarian too and don't eat packaged food except occasioally and that too not beyond a bite or two although I still do have some commercial unsweetened fruit drinks. I am consume soy beans and soy cereal (that is one exception I make to not taking processed food). Lots of fresh vegetables and fuits and juices. Anything outside of this that you think should be followed should be useful information.
