wow that's awesome, i've never heard of hexheimer's though. What is that? I keep hearing about people expelling mucus after op-ing and I have been expecting that because i have horrible sinus issues, and know i have mucus in my sinus's. I've only pulled twice so far and no expelling yet. I will pull again tonight though and see what happens.
