Hi folks, I sometimes comment but haven't contributed much to this forum until now. I have experimnted with the op for several months. Upon learning about it, I immediately did an op session the next morning and suffered the rest of the day. It had put me into a herxheimer's. I vowed to do the op at bedtime after that. Now I sleep through the curing crisis.
This morning I op'd first thing. I did this because I haven't op'd for several weeks and had suspicion of a tooth abcess. I began swishing and in approximately ONE MINUTE I had to expell because of a serious burning in my throat. I stood at the sink for 10 to 15 minutes expelling mucus. I cleaned and cleaned my mouth with an organic soap I use and Hunza salt. I feel MUCH better and the pressure around that tooth is nearly gone. However, there is a slight pressure in my head - another herxheimer's effect.
I shall continue my previous schedule of op'ing at BEDTIME. I believe that the body heals and cures during sleep, therefore, I think it's important for that reason alone to op before slumber.
My choice of oils is sesame. I have used Organic Olive oil, Hazelnut, Walnut; and I always get satisfactory results. I think organic coconut is an excellent choice. It liquifies instantly in the mouth temperature.
I am a kinesiologist so I test for the best oil on hand. Sesame for myself is the winner. I'm testing however that Organic Sunflower seed, or Organic coconut oil is the choice for most folks. My opinion.
