Hi, R!

How long did it take for you to notice a significant diff?

It was abt 6 months for me, but I think that was because I had such a serious exposure to herbicide and pesticide last spring.

My sodium/potassium imbalance was opposite of yours: too much potasssium caused by use of potassium chloride for a salt substitute. [On advice of my medical doctor, who suggested it because I might get high blood pressure. BP has never stayed consistently high for me, even though I am overwight. That ewas probably boiler-plate, one-size-fits-all advice that is so common and so destructive!]

Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

Di
