There use to be just a small range of temperture I could tolerate without feeling sick. Add hot flashes to this problem and people will look at you with concern and ask "are you ok...do you need help?"
Doing hot baths or saunas were somethings that just did not work with me before. I would feel so ill and weak that I couldn't function well for days.
My body is finally getting the calcium it needs and the extra potassium foods are really helping with body temp as well.
Now I take my hot alkalizing baths 2-3 times a week and work outside in the heat without any problems (as long as I'm hydrated and alkalized) and the mosquitoes hardly ever bother me anymore.
Next time I make the statement "I'm sweating like a dog", I will be thinking of ML with a smile on my face. :)
