i found 1 health store selling Epsom Salt but for external use only, The owner told me that it can be used as internal use, and he showed me 1 set of Olive oil and Ep ( For Liver cleanse), then told me that the Ep in the pack is the same with external ones

Is't safe to take it? because the Ep for external use, anyone has ever tried it before? thanks
