Subtitutes for Epsom salt

I can't get the Epsom Salt and i think all the health store/pharmacist run of stock

I've read that we can subtitute with Magnesium citrate, is't in powder or capsule form? or?

How much do i need to mix with each glass? Thanks Tweet
