Only one per day. This past week with the addition of the ACV and H2O2 sprays into mouth my normal morning movement has been diarrhea with no additional movements.
In short the time, and cycle so to speak has all been the same, just no longer formed. I dont go again after, no pain, and no gas. SO all in all it is as it has been just no longer formed??????
