I recently gave you an update as to my progress, but I had an off week and generally try not to bother you with minutia, but this one has me puzzled.
After your last helpful hints to me, I went back to the drawing board and studied what youve told me and others with similar situations.
In short I started spritzing H2O2 in my mouth numerous times a day as you recommended earlier, and I also bumped up my ACV intake to your drink 2x a day PLUS a swig with each meal.
Problem is each morning this week my elimination had been basically diarrhea??????
If it is the ACV does this indicate my digestion or atleast stomach acid is sufficient and this isnt the problem I thought it was and the ACV is not helping that specifically???
Or
If it is the increase in H2O2 am I actually using too much and actually "burning up" too fast what I am eating????
Nothing has changed in foods or diet and I havent had diarrhea really since starting your protocol about 5 months ago.

Question: Do you have anymore Bowel movements the Rest of the day and if so have they become more Solid after this first morn Diarrhea problem ?

No sir. Since starting your protocol it has been every morning and then usually on the weekend it may be twice a day and then right back to complete elimination 1X each morning. This has been like clockwork sinc starting 5 months ago which is why this week was so odd????- Re: Too much H2O2?? moreless

Plese explain for me : Do you "ONLY" have one bowel movement each day and is it in the morn and is it the Diarrhea ?
Or do you have Diarrhea in the morn first thing and then have a normal bowel movement later in the day ?

This is a reply to # 944,164Only one per day. This past week with the addition of the ACV and H2O2 sprays into mouth my normal morning movement has been diarrhea with no additional movements.
In short the time, and cycle so to speak has all been the same, just no longer formed. I dont go again after, no pain, and no gas. SO all in all it is as it has been just no longer formed??????- --Diarrhea in morn-- moreless

The problem would not be from using the peroxide as a spritz in the mouth, generally speaking !
But, it could be from a combination of things, including the ACV, if more was taken than what the foods you are eating have enough extra Alkaline Minerals in them to react against this extra ACV !
Another question I am going to need to ask, is are you sure the ACV you are using is Pure ACV, or is it possible it is some of this stuff in the stores they now try to pass off as ACV, but it is really Grain Vinegar and listed either as artifical or Flavored ACV ?
Also are you supplying your Digestive system any Good Quality Probiotics with Acidophilus and Bifidus in it, to help extablish the good Digestive Bacteria that is needed for proper Digestion and Bowel movements ?

This is a reply to # 944,180The ACV is Braggs. I am taking the exact NOW 8 billion count you recommend. I spritz in my mouth with the peroxide about 6-7 times during the day. This is the strange part to this, nothing has changed other than the spritzing and the extra 3 swigs of ACV (with meals)????? BUt since I started (last weekend) I've had 5 straight mornings of with the same diarrhea results????? Quite confusing.

Answer: You have provided Good info now !
May I suggest that you drop the extra ACV and see what happens, for to figure out the problem, you need to narrow down what may be causing this to occur and I would question the ACV first !
Like I mentioned, if you are not getting enough needed Alkaline Minerals along with the amount and strength of Acids taken in, then this may Cause Diarrhea ?
The Diarrhea is Directly connected to the amount and ratio of Acids to Alkaline Minerals passing thru your Digestive system !
Being too much Acids in ratio to the amount of needed Alkaline Minerals !
But, as not everything may be as it may first seem to be, it could also be that the increase of spritz with the peroxide may be Causing Removal of Excess Nitrogen from your Lymphatic Fluids in the head area and this could be Causing the Diarrhea in the Gut ?
Try dropping the extra ACV first, and then if this does not Solve the problem, then drop the Peroxide spritz and see if this Solves the problem ?
