Have you had a blood test done on your thyroid? I'm hypothyroid and I take medication for it. Be sure to get it tested! And yes, many health experts do believe there to be a link between hypothyroidism and candida. From what I've read it's a chicken or egg question -- I don't think it's known whether or not hypothyroidism can cause candida to flourish, or if candida can contribute to symptoms of hypothyroidism -- but apparently there does appear to be a connection.
