Re: Probiotic while killing Candida?

I know this is a popular opinion, but in my case it has not proven true. In my case, the ONLY way I was able to get control of my candida was by taking probiotics. So, if I had waited until the candida was gone, it never would have happened on antifungals alone! However, I only take enzyme-based antifungals now like Candizyme, which work differently from the herbal based ones like Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and Olive leaf, so that may have something to do with it. Or not, I don't know. But, in the past, if I stopped probiotis, my candida would get worse, regardless of being on antifungals or not. Also, my doc and nutritionist, whom I trust, always prescribed together. Others will say otherwise, of course, so you'll get all kinds of opinions on this. And again, everyone is different. Some actually seem to do worse on probiotics. So much of this is trial and error, reading ideas from others and seeing what resonates with you, abandoning ideas that do not work, going on to the next plan, etc.
