Phil Thomas' detoxified Iodine is extremely potent. I got up to 8 drops twice a day for two months. (10 days "on" iodine, 5 days "off" Iodine for those two months)

I started detoxing so bad I had to stop altogether.

My soon to be 81-year-old dad (with a 40-year history of smoking and emphysema to boot) has been consistently using only two drops per day of Phil's iodine.

5 days "on" iodine
5 days "off" iodine

He has consistently been improving, (and detoxing, albeit slow-going in both departments) and not "going backwards" one iota.

I need to follow my father's footsteps instead of the other way around.

As you can see from the above, the detoxified iodine lasts quite a long time this way. (I received 6 bottles on February 2nd, sent one to Dad, and would still have bottles left if I had just applied the same principle to myself as my dad did.)
