Adrenalin from terrorized animals saturates animal and fish flesh

Animals in terror and anger before and during slaughter whether in a slaughterhouse
or at the end of a fish hook secrete massive amounts of adrenalin. Some of its
links are broken in cooking, but enough remain intact that
eating meat and fish is eating violence.
