For some reason I have a feeling this post was directed to me, but anyhow it's too late to eat raw for a week or whatever and then fast, I'm already fasting. I don't think it makes a difference for what you eat before a fast, seeing as how the body gets rid of it anyway when you're fasting. Tweet
