8 months old and not sleeping through the night

my BF daughter still wakes up throughout the night. is she not satisfied? She slept longer when she was younger!!! If she goes to bed at 9, she is up at 11:30 to eat again, then again at 2am...usually every 2 to 3 hours. i give her a bath to calm her down, and she still wakes up screaming as if she had a bad dream and i nurse her and she goes right back to sleep...Could it be my diet or is she ready for other foods and if so what do i start her on? she has four bottom teeth and her two top teeth are almost in, is it because she is teething?????HELP!!! I wanted to give her breastmilk as long as possible, but is it time to supplement? Tweet
