I use the CS in a spray bottle for my skin problem, the more I spray it the better it works. I do not know if the CS would cause the whites of the eyes to turn yellow, but it may be a sign of a liver problem. Maybe you need a liver flush. Are you on any medication from the doctors or have you been, alot of them are very hard on the liver. Could even be infection of the liver like Hep A, B or C. Need checking into.
