After OJ Fast
Hello All:
I did the precleanse and then a 25-day OJ fast (with about 3 days of slipping up by eating some fruit and nuts). Now that I'm supposedly done with the OJ fast, I just feel like continuing. The regular food does not appeal to me, except for a few nuts and some fruit, our fresh grove avocados, and homegrown organic peppers -- that's been the only food which even somewhat appeals to me.
Is it okay to mainly do juice smoothies as the main part of my diet and perhaps add some of this other only occasionally such as solid fruit, nuts, raw veges??? One big concern is that my husband says I look too gaunt. I feel really good though.
Either way, I'm continuing with many of MH's herbs coupled with the Spices for Life in a fruit smoothie for one meal a day plus olive oil/lecithin and LBB as a long-term protocol!!!
