The red spots are just where the bumps used to be. I've had the bumps all my life, and the oil pulling for me made them disappear within about 10 pulls. The red spotting actually looks worse in the photo than they do in person. I think it's just the skin healing up from where the bumps were, so I would think with time they'll just fade.

I do have plans to paint them with Iodine to see if they go away quicker. But I just noticed overnight them getting better (might just be wishful thinking, but should be able to know for sure over the next day or few), and the only thing I'd changed last night was putting in an extra salt pull. (I typically put in only one salt pull, rarely adding a second.) I think I'm going to add in more salt pulls per day to see if the KP red spots clear up quicker. I'll post back with the results/pics if I'm right about the salt pulls helping out. Tweet
