thank you.  yes, i use the ionic toothbrush and feel it is best.  apagard you can usually find on ebay.  it comes from japan.  neydent is from germany and you need to buy it from a lab in europe that imports it.  just use the links on the post i gave you.  grinding is a symptom of mercury poisoning so be sure to chelate it out.  the grinding may go away, mine did.
