Re: Teeth grinding and mouth guards

Thanks Torrie, this is so helpful. Where can you buy the neydent and Apogard? Is it just available through dentists? Do you also recommend that ionic toothbrush?

I have a soft mouthguard now, but I have chewed through a portion of it, so it is time for a new one. I like the idea of more protection for my teeth with the harder one, but I am not sure if my new teeth problems were caused by grinding. I tend to think they were caused by that terrible iron supplement I was taking last year. Can they tell about that from xrays?

I greatly appreciate your expertise. I know nothing and my teeth used to be so nice, I would like to rejuvenate them.
