I keep reading that going off a fast is the most important part of the journey...
let me tell u the mind can b a litle overwelmed by all these tastes and textures!
the best for me is to go gradual...from water to juice..then fruits..raw veggies...the longer you are making the transition the more benifit u will get!
I remember on 1 of my fast(water 10days) I was in India and I broke it with some fresh pineapple juice...I was over the moon, this sweet fruit had such an amazing taste..in that moment I could not imagine ever eating heavy food again...
