When you are just fasting for 3 days, your body is just starting to repair its self as well as fighting the urge to want to eat. You body is in a tailspin because it is just getting its self together to purge the impurities out of your body.
If you do your fast correctly, you will find yourself wanting to eat right, because your body will crave the correct foods and not the
Sugar ladened, and make it from the box foods. Fasting will help you phyiscally as well as mentally get on the right track. It helped me and I am sure it could help you.
I have found out that if I fast for more then 3 days, my body feels better and my mind gets clearer.
I try to fast once a year to rebalance and repair the damage to my body. I have noticed when I fast 10 days or longer, my mind is clearer and my drepression lifts ( I do believe it is because my body is correcting the right amount of chemicals to balance out my body so I am not depressed.) I have to allow my body to get in gear to repair and revitlize itself before I starting eating again. Otherwise, I am just putting stress on my body by prematurely filling it with food.
Try to hang in there. I know it is hard when you seem to be isolated from society. It is hard to make a step forward when you really don't know where you are going to go in the first place.
