I would be hesitant about using the low carb stuff too. If you are fasting and want to cleanse your body, then I would sticke to the grade b organic stuff, but if it is more for weight loss for you...... As is it you are consuming a lot less calories. Soe of that stuff may cause you to be hungrier, ever if there are less carbs. Natural is better. If you want the drink to be sweeter add a few drops of Stevia, which is a natural Sugar sustitute. YOu can use the reccommended maple syrup (but less) then add some stevia.
