Yes it is better. I like to use alot of Powder Cayenne pepper since it has alot vitamins and minerals in it and good for blood pressure and heart. I heard people are being brought up from the dead when someone pass out from a heart attack by using Cayenne Pepper. Go under google, and "google" Cayenne Pepper cures", amzing stuff. Lemon is another thing, a Good Chelator that has evidence of softening our arteries and improves the liver function dramactically.
I like to use low carb maple syrup with some fresh lemons and some liquid from concentrate. On day zero I had several sandwiches, and 6 pack of beer before I started the diet and weight around 206 pounds. After taking the mixture, I was maybe in the bathroom 5 times that day. Since I use extra Cayenne pepper, you will feel the burn when it comes out for sure, does not hurt but just burns temporary. I work up I weight 198.2, a loss of over 7 pounds. I think it was mostly due to the 6 pack I had the other day and food I had on day "O" before I started the diet.
