What's the best alcohol free parasite cleanse product to buy?

I live in the UK and want an "effective" parasite cleansing product. Would prefer to buy from a UK retailer but don't mind US either. My only requirement is that the walnut tincture must be alcohol free. Please please state your recommendations as there are so many products claiming to do a good job.

Another thing is I've heard that Wormwood is toxic hence why some products in the UK don't include it in their ingredients. Would the cleanse be as effective without the Wormwood .
