I must thank you naturalist for your kind and encouraging words, they really do help, thanks! About the water, I try drinking a bottle (16.9 oz) of water throughout work the day and when I come home about like 4:00 I try getting glasses of water.
- Today I had to pretend to eat during lunch, I felt bad for throwing away some of the food I brought, but my mom would be suspicious if I didn't take the lunch and plus my mom already questioned me if I ate the dinner she made, I lied and said yes. *sigh* I don't like doing this, pretending to eat and etc but I have to until I'm done with this. Anyway, so I felt really energey-less throughout the day and I also think I'm supposed to be getting my period sometime soon. Am I allowed to take Midol? Or any pills at all? God I hope so, It'll be double pain for sure if not. I had the hunger pangs kicking in today, plus I had major cravings but I shoved it off. I also had two sticks of sugar-free gum, I know I know it's not good but It helps for me to not be tempted to take a bite of food or something. I shouldn't do that again lol. I hope tomorrow will be the last day of hunger pains and cravings, seriously when is this supposed to stop? Ahh..I'm whining. Let's see how tomorrow is. Good fasting to you other people!
