Wow and thank you! I will repeat what #70428 said: Its like reading about myself!

Spot on with the affirmations!

Now I just had a "Aha" experience. I posted about mood/hormones and parasite movement, possible connection. Affirmations, what do they do? Well they change our feeling about things, they empower us, we feel good, and next- things calm down. And on a more detailed level that would mean that certain "good" hormones are released? The person starts to feel better if they practice affirmations or other mental excercises, like EFT, diligently.
Tons of people have healed themselves from using affirmations and EFT, just look at Louise L Hay (she is huge in this subject, written books), she have a lot to say about health issues and affirmations.
