Re: Positive report on longstanding skin problem
Ha! a pumice stone! that NEVER worked on me--I gave up on using one
decades ago. I don't know how you cut a callous without injuring
yourself. I would have to use vaseline, which I hated to do, to
soften up the skin enough so that it would stop bleeding and
cracking. This of course meant that I had to wear a little treatment
sock, which got all greasy, or I would get the vaseline all over my
sheets and bed clothes. What a mess. Now my heels are no longer
hurting (because of their cracking) and in time I'm sure they will
be all nice and soft and pink. This is a huge victory for me!! I had
given up thinking they would EVER improve. I tried soaking them in
Colloidal Silver , I tried hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, magnesium
oil (when they were not cracking and bleeding), you name it.
