Penus pain - circumscision?

After an ejaculation, the head of my penus is very painfull. I won't let her touch it, I keep the covers off it it, but it hurts anyhow. Like a cut. How do we know what is normal, all I know is my own experience. After all these years I am finally thinking this is not right, sex should be a pleasure. i am still driven to have sex, the pain is not going to stop me from doing it, just from enjouying any "after-glow".

Oddly , I will go for "round two" if the partner is into it, almost as if the pain is stimulating the sexual drive somehow. Maybe I am a freak who likes pain [sadist?]but I just won't admit it!! [not]

Sometimes the pain makes it impossible to continue, but the sex drive demands it, and I have a big uncomfortable problem.

Do most other men go through this?
Do un-circumscised men go through this?

There are small dark spots, like blood vessels close to the sruface, that show up on the tip area after sex, or even just when I have an erection.

My circumscision is a close cut, no foreskin at all, and hardly and "ridged band" that actually makes the erection. I am prone to pre-ejaculation, but have learned to keep it from happening by slowing down a bit [I need to communicate with the partner to get this right, of course]. Sex with strangers is scary, I don't do it anymore because there is too much to deal with and they will hurt me, its not worth it.
