Re: Air Restore

That's so wonderful about the cravings being gone! Congratulations!!!

I did a 40-day prayer fast several years ago and became so gaunt and weak that the homeopathic doctor who lived next door to me got very concerned and intervened on day 38. My body did not function well for a couple years. Thinking that I needed protein while on a fast, I had mainly fasted on protein powders and green drinks with some lemon water. I did not drink enough water and did not add good oils or MH's wonderful Spices for Life and plant minerals. My husband was pretty shook up and I'm surprised he let me go on this fast. However he watched me as I went through MH's precleanse with just mainly fruits, nuts and seeds with an occasional salad and saw that I was doing well so he agreed to the fast but has been watching me like a hawk.

I've done amazingly well with this fast, even with the stresses of putting our house on the market to sell during the middle of the fast. I've actually gotten stronger as I was able to heave around huge boxes and landscape materials that I never would have been able to move before.

I also have had regular bowel movements each day without all kinds of teas and supplements for the first time in my life with only about 4 LBB per day!

The only bummer is my sleep has been spotty some nights, mainly due to muscle spasms and aches. I used to take a powdered magnesium supplement every night to alleviate this, but since learning about supplements from MH, I have not taken any. So, I'm in search of an alternate source of magnesium and/or hoping that God heals whatever is out of whack that's causing these aches and spasms. I just got my order from MH of BF&C powder, calcium balance and sleep eze so perhaps one of these will be part of my answer???

I've been feeling so good that I'm seriously praying about the rest of my life changing my diet to fruit smoothies being most of my intake throughout the day and perhaps raw fruits or veges for dinner in the future, with an occasional helping of refried beans at our favorite Mex restaurant or some fish if my hubby catches it fresh. Still praying and reading and learning!

Keep me up-to-date on how you're doing too!

Bless you!
