Re: Air Restore
MH has spoken many times in the past about his general recommendations for dosing when using Air Restore. Here is one example, read the entire thread to pick up some clues.

This said, you are not alone in noticing that 1 dropper of Air Restor may not be enough to produce obvious results. I have noticed the same, and in my own experimenting, I've tried larger single doses all the way up to taking 1 teaspoon full at one time. While this larger dose did slightly increase expectoration (coughing up little bits of phlegm), it did not cause anything dramatic to happen....but who knows, I may have been very close to triggering such dramatic resutls? Since I live alone, I am sort of stuck between not wanting to accidentally kill myself by suffocation that might result from a large dose of Lobelia, and wanting to get results quicker than what a single dropper provides. How is that, you ask? Well, imagine what might happen if I manage to trigger the same kind of dramatic results Dr. John got out of that old man with lungs that had been filled up with 25 years of Asthma gunk? I may well end up choking on my own lung gunk. For this reason it's easy to understand MH's general advice to take a more gradual, slow, safe approach over the longe term compared to what Dr John practiced. Wouldn't it be nice if we had in this world today a Doc John's office that we could visit when we needed to as an alternative to, say, only selected doctors that health-insurance medical-insurance is willing to cover?
MH generally advises a conservative approach to using Air Restore; a dropper per day, long term, preferably taken in the morning. You may not be able to easily observe the results from one dropper, but rest assured, you are likely getting results, they just won't be real dramatic results (like, coughing up buckets full of black phlegm). A main ingredient in Air Restore is Lobelia. If you read the above thread you also read how powerful Lobelia can be IE> dramatic results from large doses. (you should read the dramatic story of how Dr. John Christopher used Lobelia to heal a near-dead man from long-term asthma). It goes without saying that Dr. John Christopher had the expertise to care for a person whom he himself has administered a large doese of Lobelia to. In this light, the conservative approach is intended to save people from that kind of experience and the undesirable results that might occur after a large dose of Lobelia AND THERE IS NO EXPERT AROUND to help one live through the exeprience. For this reason MH advises a conservative, steady approach rather than a one-time fireworks approach when using Lobelia.
