Trying to help other recovering ED sufferers

Hello. I am a researcher (and former ED sufferer) participating in a study of the causes of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. I have a short survey that is being distributed across the Web in hopes of finding answers and raising ED awareness and prevention. (I read through the guidelines and did not find anything regarding research, but if this is against the rules, feel free to delete this post.) I want to make it 100% clear that I am not profiting off anything regarding this research, and I need nothing personal, except for age and gender (for statistics purposes, so feel free not to release either).
