A different way to take Lugols

I have been supplementing with Iodine (50 mg Lugols) since January - worked up to the total 50 over a period of months. I have enjoyed the support from reading the posts in this forum - a wonderful blend of knowledge and camaraderie. Thought I would share how my Lugols is dispensed. I am a patient of Dr. Shevin, so I wonder if this is his unique "recipe";

Iodine (Lugols Diluted)0.5mg/drop solution
Dispensed in 2 brown bottles (100 ml each)
2-4 ml daily (I'm now at 4)

I just completed a retest on the Iodine load today. In January, I was excreting 70%. I "feel" saturated now, so hoping for a 90 this time. I'll know by next week.
